To register and use n99game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

If a player cannot satisfy an age or identity verification request, their account will be suspended pending investigation, and no withdrawals will be processed until the verification is complete. In cases where a player is found to be under 18, all deposits will be returned and all winnings will be voided.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on n99game. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using the same or different details — are strictly prohibited. If n99game identifies that a player holds duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held across all accounts may be forfeited. Any winnings earned through a duplicate account will be voided.
When registering your n99game account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious violation of these Terms. n99game reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided, and to retain any funds in such an account where fraud or deception is suspected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your n99game login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. n99game will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@n99game.bet.
n99game cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where those losses resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
n99game may require identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension.
All transactions on n99game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees or exchange rate risks for Pakistani players. When you deposit Rs 1,000, you play with Rs 1,000. When you win Rs 5,000, you receive Rs 5,000.

Withdrawals at n99game must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This rule exists to protect against money laundering and to ensure the security of player funds.
n99game does not charge any fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees — please check with your provider directly.
If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, you will not be able to withdraw until those requirements are fully met, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus. To forfeit a bonus and unlock your withdrawal, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request.
Reminder: n99game does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must come from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts in another person's name will be returned and may trigger an account review.
All bets placed on n99game are subject to acceptance by the platform. n99game reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. This applies to all sports markets including football, virtual sports, and any other betting markets offered on the platform.
Minimum bet across all markets at n99game is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and bet type. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. n99game may apply individual account limits at any time where it deems necessary.
Occasionally, odds may be displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error. n99game reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect or "palpable error" odds — for example, odds that are significantly lower than they should be due to a data feed error. Where a bet is voided under this rule, your full stake will be returned to your account.
If a football match or sports event is postponed before kick-off, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts. If a match is abandoned after kick-off, settlement rules depend on the amount of play completed. Full details are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
Bets are settled as quickly as possible following the conclusion of an event. For most football markets, settlement occurs within 15 minutes of the final whistle. Virtual sports bets are settled immediately upon conclusion of the simulated event. Winnings are credited to your n99game wallet automatically.
All casino games on n99game — including roulette, poker, jackpot slots, and live dealer games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every outcome is statistically random and unaffected by previous results or any form of manipulation.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all n99game casino games are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, n99game's servers record the game state at the point of disconnection. When you reconnect, your game will resume from where it was interrupted. If a technical error prevents a game from completing, n99game will either complete the game based on the recorded state or void the round and return your stake.
Jackpot Slots: Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the n99game platform are the actual current jackpot values in PKR at the time of display. Jackpot wins are paid out in full from the platform's jackpot pool. No jackpot win is subject to any cap unless explicitly stated in the individual game's rules.
All bonuses and promotional offers at n99game are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the individual promotion page. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
Most deposit bonuses and free bet offers carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
n99game monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets specifically structured to avoid wagering requirements (for example, placing offsetting bets on opposite outcomes), exploiting technical errors to claim unauthorised bonuses, or misrepresenting eligibility for a promotion. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balance voided, their account reviewed, and may face permanent account closure.
Bonuses at n99game expire after a specified period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings from expired bonuses will be automatically removed from a player's account. Players are responsible for completing wagering requirements within the stated timeframe.
n99game is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. We offer a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility. Once a self-exclusion is applied at n99game, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected. During exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or bet. n99game will also remove you from all promotional communications during the exclusion period.

18+ only. n99game takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. All activity on the account during this period will be frozen.
You may close your n99game account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
n99game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software or bots, collusion, money laundering, providing false registration information, or operating multiple accounts. In cases of fraud or money laundering, n99game may withhold all funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. n99game will attempt to notify you by email before applying a dormancy fee. After notification, a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in.
All content on the n99game platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game content, text, and data — is the intellectual property of n99game or its licensed content providers. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any n99game content without explicit written permission.
The n99game brand name, logo, and domain are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks — for example, creating copycat websites or impersonating n99game on social media — is a violation of trademark law and will be pursued accordingly.
n99game provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and continuously available, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n99game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of winnings due to technical errors, losses from betting decisions made by the player, or losses arising from unauthorised account access due to the player's failure to maintain credential security.
n99game's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
n99game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your data is used for: account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and communications about your account or relevant promotions. n99game does not sell your personal data to third parties.

n99game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently to protect the security or integrity of the platform.
Continued use of n99game after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. n99game operates as a platform designed for and used by players in Pakistan, and these Terms are written with the Pakistani player in mind.
In the event of a dispute between a player and n99game, we encourage players to first contact our support team to seek resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly and informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to seek resolution through appropriate formal channels.
